By accessing and using ReviewQR ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on ReviewQR for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. QR Code License

Upon purchase, you are granted a commercial license to use the generated QR codes for your business purposes. This includes:

  • Unlimited use of purchased QR codes for your business
  • Commercial use rights
  • Modification and customization of QR codes
  • Distribution and printing rights

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from receiving your QR codes, please contact our support team.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on ReviewQR are provided on an 'as is' basis. ReviewQR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
